Sun-hop deliberately makes Fook-chuen stay at hospital as he needs more time to track down the third person at the death scene. Yat-ha is certain Yu-heen is the main suspect. Mei-la objects to Siu-wang running for chairman. Siu-wang is adamant that he will not let business people get in his way. Yu-heen goes to see Fook-chuen. Po-chai helps Yat-ha scam Yu-heen by falsely claiming Fook-chuen has some terminal illness. Siu-wing asks Sun-hop to be his running mate. Sun-hop declines. But Siu-wang tells outsiders he has won Sun-hop’s support. Yu-heen agrees to go to court to testify. But some traffic accident takes place on the way.
