Episode 1This story starts in 1983. Hui Chung Shun plans to have a romantic celebration for the 4th wedding anniversary with his wife Lok Su Shan. However, she is so busy with her work that she just gives a cold shoulder to her husband. Chung Shan is very unhappy. Hong Kong dollar is deflated. Therefore, the people rushes to scramble for the daily necessities. Hui Sau Fong, together with her daughter, goes to the supermarket to join the scramble but they are separated. Although she finally finds her daughter, Ting Siu Kwan scolds Sau Fong severely for her carelessness. Su Shan's application for emigration to Perth is approved, however, she does not want to give up her job. Thus, she requests Chung Shun to go to land in Perth first. Though Chung Shun is reluctant to go there alone, he promises her. Chung Shun starts his trip to Perth. He makes a new friend Yau Han Tung on his trip……

Episode 2Han Tung ruins the meeting. Sai Sai chases after him and beats him in order to show her anguish. Tse Yau Choi finds that Han Tung can be abused and he asks Han Tung to work as a cheap labor in hiﬁ restaurant. Chung Shun settles down in Perth and his neighbors are all the so-called "Women Astronauts" from Hong Kong. At first, these women all keep Chung Shun in distance but Chung Shun is so zealous in helping the others that he always helps them to solve their problems. As a result, they live in harmony. However, Chung Shun still feels very embarrassed and bored for he has to stay with these women everyday. On the other hand, Su Shan is leading a glamorous life as a single woman. She reunites with her ex-lover Hau Si Ki and his attitude towards her is in between lover and friend. It makes Su Shan have beautiful thoughts in her mind……

Episode 3Han Tung is beaten by the Vietnamese and he is caught and Yau Choi has to pay a large sum of ransom to rescue him. Yau Choi urges him to work overtime in order to pay the debt. Sai Sai is in her puberty and she is attracted by Han Tung as he is a muscular man. When Han Tung is ill, Sai Sai flatters him and takes good care of him. Han Tung cannot stand her flattery. Yau Choi forces Han Tung to get married with Sai Sai, however, Han Tung reluctant to do so. In return, Sai Sai reveals Han Tung's identity to the immigration department so that he has to flee. Su Shan and Si Ki starts a love battle and Su Shan is finally failed to resist Si Ki. They become lovers again and they have sexual relationship. Han Tung goes to find Chung Shun. At the same time, the immigration officer finds him whereas the Vietnamese also chases him to take revenge……

Episode 4While the love relation between Su Shan and Si Ki is so heated that Chung Shun suddenly returns to Hong Kong. This makes Su Shan feels very annoyed and she always vents her spleen on Chung Shun. Chung Shun does not know the reason but he bears her bad temper. Cheung Ka Fai pretends to be ill so that An Shin returns to Hong Kong to see him. Ka Fai takes this chance to propose marriage and An Shin gives him her hand. Han Tung goes back to Hong Kong and he has to follow Tai Hoi. He is bullied by Tai Hoi, Ha Kam Chu and the others and he swears to do his utmost in order to become a rich man. Ngan Yu Yuk knows the adulterous affair of Su Shan and she is sympathizcd with Chung Shun that she gives him some hints about the adultery. However, Chung Shun can hardly get her point. Chung Shing is admitted to the university. As he is much older than his classmates, he finds that it is difficult to cope with them……

Episode 5Su Shan shows down to Chung Shun and she confesses her affair with Si Ki to him. She urges Chung Shun to divorce her. Chung Shun asks her to have second thought but she leaves without any reaction to his words. Chung Shun calls Han Tung to accompany him to go to bar, however, they have quarrel with another customer and start fighting. As a result, they are all detained in police station. Chun Fat puts in bail for Chung Shun. Han Tung feels empathy with Chung Shun and he calls a group of friends to beat Si Ki in order to teach him a lesson. Si Ki keeps this in mind and he intentionally goes to the solicitor’s office while Chung Shun and Su Shan are signing their deed of separation. However, Chung Shun is very calm and he tells Si ki to remember to treat Su Shan well. Chung Shing helps An Ki to bring her books to home voluntarily. He puts his head out from the window but accidentally he is trapped and he cannot move……

Episode 6The wedding of An Shin is canceled. After this blow, she has made up her mind to be more adamant in becoming independent. Later. Ka Fai recognizes that An Shin, in fact, has no problem in reproduction. And he wants to become reconciled with her, however, An Shin refuses him. As Su Shan has abandoned Chung Shun, Yu Yuk feels very guilty. Thus, she tries her best to introduce new girl friends to Chung Shun. Chung Shun shows a cold shoulder to her proposal because he does not want to be involved in any love affair. Han Tung is still dreaming for emigration. He goes to register in Yu Yuk's match-maker agency as he wants to marry a middle-aged woman from the United States. Yu Yuk feels that it is rather ridiculous. Joe courts with An Ki but she has no interest for him. She asks Chung Shing to make it clear to Joe. Chung Shing cannot hide his love and he wants to confess it to An Ki……

Episode 7An Shin goes to hospital to visit Chung Shun. She states that she does not want to see him any more in her life though she thanks for his help. An Ki tells Chung Shing that she just looks upon him as her father. It makes the latter feels very disappointed. However, he still keeps close with her as he hopes that she will change her mind one day. Chung Shun goes to evening school to learn Mandarin and the teacher is An Shin; An Shin goes to join the swimming training class and the instructor is Chung Shun. Such coincidence brings out lots of fun. Sai Sai suddenly returns to Hong Kong and she lives with Kam Chu. Han Tung is very surprised. Kam Chu recognizes that Sai Sai is trying to find a potential husband. Sai Sai insists that Kam Chu should keep the secret and she goes to register in Yu Yuk's match-maker agency in order to find a husband. Chung Shun is going to produce a promotion video for the products of An Shin's company……

Episode 8Chung Shun tries his best in producing the video and the video for An Shin's company is excellent. As they have more contacts, they change their attitude and they have good will towards each other. An Shin finds that An Ki is flirting with some boys that she has many boy friends. An Shin tells her not to play love games. An Ki ignores her and finally Joe kills himself as he fails in courting with An Ki. An Shin scolds An Ki severely. An Ki has changed her attitude towards love as she has learned a lesson. Paul, the owner of a food company, courts with An Shin as they have business communication. An Shin is troubled and she tells Paul that she cannot accept his love. Paul is very angry and he spreads rumors which hurt An Shin. An Shin is in great trouble. Yu Yuk arranges Sai Sai to have a meeting with her potential husband. Sai Sai is in full dress but she finds that this man is Han Tung……

Episode 9As Chung Shun has played tricks on Si Ki which brings shames to the latter in public, he becomes very suspicious as he thinks that Si Ki may take revenge. It makes Chung Shing feel very ridiculous. Chun Fat makes friends with An Shin in the community centre for the old. He finds An Shin is so enthusiastic in helping the others that he wants her to become his daughter-in-law. He makes some arrangements for Chung Shun in order to make him acquainted with An Shin. When they come out, they recognize the plan of Chun Fat and they feel very embarrassed. An Shin finds an excuse to keep away from Chung Shun. Sau Fong is beaten by Siu Kwan. She can no longer bear the suffering and she goes back to her father's home with her three daughters. She thinks that Siu Kwan will feel remorse and gets her back, however, Siu Kwan shows no regret. Chun Fat tries to solve their problem but in vain. Later, Sau Fong recognizes that she is pregnant again……

Episode 10Si Ki asks the triad member to set fire on Chung Shun's equipment. Besides, he uses every means and methods to make the business of Chung Shun in a plight. Fortunately, Chung Shun is not daunted and he is still full of confidence and high spirit. An Shin knows that Chung Shun is in predicament that she takes the initiative to introduce more clients to him. As they have more contacts, they gradually find the good points of the other. One day, An Shin meets Chi Fai and she knows that he is married and his wife is pregnant. It makes An Shin feel very depressed. She goes to a bar and she meets Chung Shun there. They feel empathy with each other and they have concluded that their sufferings are due to the fact that they are too emotional. Then, they make a promise that their relationship should only be friendship but not lover relationship. Ying Hung wants to be emigrated, so he courts with Sai Sai. Han Tung is afraid of missing the chance……

Episode 11Chung Shun takes the risk of losing his life to save Ah Wing. Ah Wing and his father Ah Bill are grateful for Chung Shun's help. Ah Wing confesses to the police that he is told to start the fire on Chung Shun's equipment. However, the one who maneuvers this arson is still unknown. Chung Shun presses the insurance company and finally he can get the indemnity. Su Shan recognizes that Si Ki is the culprit who maneuvers the arson. She scolds him but Si Ki teases her in return. Su Shan is grieved at heart for she has chosen a wrong partner. Siu Kwan's business suffers a setback and he owes a lot of money to the loan shark, he pretends to commit suicide. Chung Shun, for the sake of Sau Fong, uses all his indemnity to buy the shares of Siu Kwan’s factory. When Siu Kwan tries to take the money and flee away, Sau Fong has an accident. Siu Kwan sends her to hospital and he leaves at once. Sau Fong suffers abortion afterwards……

Episode 12With the assistance of An Shin, Chung Shun makes the bank promise to postpone the date of payment for the loan. Moreover, he is succeeded in asking the other factory owners to allow him to do business on credit. Chung Shun decides to stark all his money on this investment and runs the factory. Han Tung also leads his neighbors to lend their helping hands. Chung Shun is deeply moved and he tries his best to finish the production in order to meet the deadline. Since Sai Sai has exposed her love relation with Han Tung, she learns the virtues that a wife should have. Han Tung is always dreams of wealth and he cannot resist the temptation. Thus, he borrows money from the loan sharks and smuggles goods. However, his goods are confiscated and it makes him suffer a loss. On the other hand, the loan sharks urges him to pay the debt and they beat him……

Episode 13In order to celebrate the success, Chung Shun goes with the others to enjoy the holidays in the resort center in the countryside. Han Tung and Sai Sai goes to visit the haunted house and suddenly there is a heavy downpour. They are caught in a broken house. In order to save Han Tung, Sai Sai is bitten by a venomous snake. Han Tung is deeply moved. He says “I Love You" to satisfy her wish and Sai Sai has recorded it by a recorder. Sai Sai intentionally spreads the news that she has stayed overnight with Han Tung. The whole issue is exaggerated by her words so that the other people misjudge that they have had sexual relationship. Han Tong feels that such misunderstanding is unjust to him. Yau Choi returns to Hong Kong to visit Sai Sai. He does not want Sai Sai to makes friends with Han Tung and he urges to bring her back to Australia……

Episode 14On the birthday of An Ki, Si Ki arranges a very special party to celebrate and they share a happy day. An Ki is drowned in sweetness of love. Chung Shing has chosen a gift for An Ki but she ignores it. Chung Shing is disappointed. Si Ki makes use of Su Shan and he forces her to use forgery to do all the transaction of shares. In order to please him, Su Shan takes the risk and promises him. Chung Shing cannot endure the hypocritical behavior of Si Ki as he is cheating An Ki's love, he reveals all his immoral practice. An Ki cannot face with this blow. She decides to break the relationship with Si Ki and she hates Chung Shing. The American government exercises protectionism. It deals a fatal blow to the business of Chung Shun. The stocks are accumulated in the warehouse. It makes Chung Shun in trouble: An Shin suggests that he can sell them in the local market and Chung Shun determines to have a try……

Episode 15The Valentine's Day is coming, Sai Sai wants to celebrate it with Han Tung. Though Han Tung Shows little interest, Sai Sai still enjoys it. Chung Shun and An Ki decide to be part-time lovers and share this day together. They go to the restaurant to take the dinner for the lovers and they are chosen as the most outstanding couple. There is a great leap in their love relationship. Chung Shun’s "Color Turtle" fashion series arouses the attention of the public as a result of the successful promotion. They all feel very excited. At the same time, Chung Shing is graduated. Chung Shun invites him to join in Yu Lin in order to computerize the company. An Shin finds that An Ki still courts with Si Ki. She scolds An Ki for that but An Ki ignores her sister. On behalf of An Shin, Chung Shun goes to talk with Si Ki for this issue. However, it ends up in quarrel and both of them are detained in the police station……

Episode 16Yu Yuk knows that the relationship between Su Shan and Si Ki has come to an end. Thus, she tries to make Su Shan and Chung Shun become reconciled. Su Shan is in great trouble and she urges Yu Yuk not to interfere her affair. Su Shan cannot face the blow. She wants to kill Si Ki and then commits suicide. Luckily, Chung Shun duly stops her. An Shin finds that An Ki stays with Si Ki in a room, She is so angry that she goes to Si Ki's home to scold An Ki. However, An Ki cannot see her wrong doing. An Shin sighs for her sister. Su Shan cannot endure the blows on her and she has some psychological disorder. Chung Shun takes good care of her and it makes Su Shan fall in love with him again. An Shin helps Chung Shun in his company and she works hard. As a result, she is exhausted and she is sick. Chun Fat urges Chung Shun takes this chance to express his love to An Shin……

Episode 17Chun Fat encourages Chung Shun to reveal his love to An Shin before she leaves Hong Kong. However, Chung Shun still dares not to show his love, An Shin is disappointed. An Shin leaves Hong Kong with unpleasant mood. There is an accident for her plane on the way to Singapore. An Shin has written down some messages before the plane crashes to the land. Chung Shun knows that there is an accident and he rushes to hospital to check whether An Shin is all right or not. After he has read the message from An Shin, he is moved and he is regret as he finds that she has shown her love towards him in the message. Later, he finds that An Shin is injured only. They show their true love to each other and they become lovers again. Su Shan recognizes that there is deep love between Shun and Shin and there is no hope for them to become reconciled. Episode 18Si Ki is jealous for Chung Shun/has won the award of outstanding businessman. Pak Tong does not want Tze Him to flirt with the movie stars and he is unhappy about it. Tze Kwan pacifies his father and defends Tze Him. Si Ki tries all means to get close to Tze Him, however, Tze Him deserts him and Si Ki's attempt is useless. Si Ki makes the decision and signs the contract as agent of mobile telephone arbitrarily. Pak Tong is very angry and he asks Si Ki to cancel the contract. However, Tze Him is confident at Si Ki's plan and he supports him whole-heartedly. Si Ki is glad to see that. Siu Kwan suddenly appears and he wants to be reconciled with San Fong. Although Chung Shun does not want them to be reconciled, he promises to let Siu Kwan to work in the factory for the sake of Sau Fong. In order to kill time, Chun Fat goes to work in Yu Yuk's match-maker agency voluntarily. They become intimate as time goes by……

Episode 19In order to deal a blow to Chung Shun, Si Ki makes a suggestion to Tze Him and urges him to introduce KY youngsters fashion to Hong Kong market. Tze Him is interested in this project and a large sum of money is earmarked for this project. As there is large-scaled promotion campaign for the KY fashion, the business of “Color Turtle” is affected. Chung Shun mortgages his factory to the bank in order to raise money. He starts a new line "Small Turtle” to face with Si Ki's challenge. Chun Fat and Yu Yuk conceal their relation to their family members and their love grows very fast. Once, they lose their way when they are hiking. After this incident, their relation is exposed to the others. Siu Kwan meets one of his friends Wong who is a secretary in the so1icitor's firm. Wong reminds Siu Kwan that he has written a letter which states that he has sold the factory to Chung Shun. Through this, he can claim to have a share of Yu Lin's shares……

Episode 20The scramble for Yu Lin's shares ends up in legal action. The court sentences that Siu Kwan has the right to get back the shares and it makes Chung Shun very anguish. Han Tung is so absent-minded that he agrees to marry Sai Sai without second thought. Thus, Sai Sai takes an active role in preparing the wedding. When Han Tung knows that he finds the pretext as he has to help Chung Shun to face the plight in order to postpone the date of wedding. Siu Kwan spreads the rumors which claim that Yu Lin is in financial difficulty. And he asks Chung Shun to give him 50 million; otherwise, he will dissolve the partnership. It makes Chung Shun in trouble. Sau Fong finds the letter which states that Siu Kwan has sold all the shares to Chung Shun by chance. Siu Kwan scrambles it with her and he even threatens her with the lives of the daughters. In order to save her, Chung Shun gives the letter back to Siu Kwan……

Episode 21Tze Hin knows that Chung Shun is an elite. Thus, he makes him to continue to play the role as manager in Yu Lin. Chung Shun promises him. Si Ki is reluctant to see such an arrangement. In order to pacify Si Ki, Tze Him promotes him to become the manager of the investment department. Tze Him takes his leave and enjoys himself overseas. Si Ki makes use of this chance to take revenge on Chung Shun. He transfers Chung Shun to Wah Kee and lets Chung Shun face with the thorny problems. Besides, he sends Ah Tsui to become the assistant manager of Yu Lin and he sets harsh and’ demanding regulations which arouse the resentment of the workers. Si Ki quits the cooperation between Yu Lin and the company in which An Shin is employed. An Ki is angry with Si Ki, however, he uses pretext to persuade her. An Ki is cheated by him again. Chung Shun is tied up by his work. An Shin finds that they are gradually drawing apart from each other……

Episode 22Uncle Kong s issue is exaggerated and even Pak Tong knows this incident. He praises the method used by Chung Shun in handling this issue and he supports the decision of Chung Shun. Moreover, he asks Tze Him to make use of Chung Shun's capability. Pak Tong finds Tze Kwan has nothing to do that he urges her to join Wah Kee and works as Chung Shun's assistant. Tze Kwan has no working experience and she always shows her temperament as the daughter of a millionaire, Chung Shun does not know how to deal with her. An Shin follows the advice of Yu Yuk and she perms a new hair style to draw Chung Shun’s attention. However, Chung Shun cares his work only and he deserts her. An Shin is very upset. At that time, An Shin makes friends with Tang Shui Kin through business contact. Their relation is harmonious. Si Ki finds that Pak Tong always appreciates Chung Shun. He is discontented. Thus, he tries to make Chung Shing side with him……

Episode 23Tze Kwan does not want to be looked upon by Chung Shun, she works hard. Chung Shun is pleased to see that she has changed her attitude towards her job. Finally, Tze Kwan shows good performance, so Chung Shun promotes her to be the chief designer. Tze Kwan is very glad and excited. Chung Shing becomes acquainted with Si Ki. Under Si Ki’s influence, Chung Shing's character is changed remarkably. Chung Shun recognizes and he reminds Chung Shing with advice. However, Chung Shing does not listen to his words. Sai Sai raises the marriage again. Han Tung finds no excuse, so he has to promise her. However, he tries his best to postpone the preparation of the wedding. Chung Shun and An Shin are attempting a psychological test given by their friends. Through this test, An Shin finds that Chung Shun has no idea for her interest and way of living. They just want some funs but the results make An Shin very upset……

Episode 24Chung Shun follows the plan of Chun Fat to win back An Shin's heart. However, he is so shy that he worsens the situation. The misunderstanding between Chung Shun and An Shin is deepened. Sai Sai chooses the date of her wedding. Han Tung uses all excuses to reject her decision. Finally, Sai Sai is upset because she can hardly find an ideal date. Typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted, Chung Shun escorts Tze Kwan to go home. Unexpectedly, Uncle Kong goes to find Chung Shun and asks for help at that time. Thus, they follow Uncle Kong back to his home and they look after him all night long. On the other hand, An Shin finds that Chung Shun is not at home for the whole night. She is very anxious. Later, she knows that he has stayed with Tze Kwan overnight. She starts to suspect Chung Shun's loyalty. An Shin invites Chung Shun to attend a ball, however, Chung Shun has a business meeting with Pak Tong that he cannot go with An Shin……

Episode 25For business reason, An Shin has to go with Shui Kin to America for one month. She takes this chance to urge Chung Shun to be aware of this period as they have to calm down. Chung Shun promises her reluctantly. Chung Shun’s working performance is appreciated by Pak Tong. Si Ki is anguish. So, he proposes to organize a youngsters fashion Show in-order to show his caliber. Tze Him gives him support. On the other hand, Si Ki wants to court with Tze Kwan to heighten his power. He arranges Tze Kwan to represent Wah Kee to take part in the fashion show. Tze Kwan is very excited. At the same time, Si Ki gradually draws apart from An Ki. An Ki does not know the cause but she is unhappy. Si Ki pretends to be hardworking and sincere when he is dealing with Tze Kwan. So, Tze Kwan shows her good will towards him as time goes by. Tze Kwan wins the fashion show finally……

Episode 26With the help of Tze Kwan, Chung Shun sells all the dead stocks. He even manages to open a new market in Africa. Si Ki makes a plot to alienate Chung Shing and Chung Shun. Chung Shing falls into his trap and he resigns from Chung Shun in order to join Si Ki. Si Ki starts a total reform program in the company. Such measure arouses the resentment from the experienced employees. In order to show his support for Tze Him, Pak Tong does not intervene in this issue. However, he invites to be a member of the board of directors. Si Ki is anguish. An Shin returns to Hong Kong. Si Ki makes a plot which shows that Chung Shun is in love with Tze Kwan. It causes misunderstanding between An Shin and Chung Shun. An Shin’s heart is broken, so she ignores the explanation of Chung Shun as she has made up her mind to break the relationship with Chung Shun. Si Ki arranges An Ki to further her study in America for two years……

Episode 27Sai Sai recognizes that Han Tung has no faith for her, therefore, she is heart-broken. She moves out from the Yau's flat and she lives in Yu Yuk’s home tentatively. Tze Kwan finds that Han Tung has the intention to court with her, so she frankly tells him it is impossible for them to be lovers. Han Tung regrets that he has made a big mistake. Although Sai Sai forgives him, Han Tung still feels that he is indebted to gar. Thus, he refuses to go to Australia to get married with her. The June Fourth Incident breaks out and it shocks all the people in Hong Kong. Tze Him loses his confidence in Hong Kong. Thus, he believes that Wah Kee should move its base to other country. Pak Tong objects to this proposal. On the other hand, he urges Chung Shun to earmark a larger sum of money for investment in order to pacify and stabilize the panic-stricken employees. Tze Him is discontented and Si Ki takes this chance to alienate them……

Episode 28Si Ki knows that Tze Kwan is failed in establishing lover relation with Chung Shun. He makes use of this chance to start courting with her. Tze Kwan accepts him in order to start a new leave in love. Tze Him transfers a handsome amount of capital to investment in Canada. When Pak Tong knows that, he loses his temper and he urges Tze Him to stop this project at once. Tze Him is reluctant to do so. Si Ki takes this chance to alienate them. As a result, Tze Him decides to buy in Wah Kee’s shares secretly so that he may become the chairman of the board of directors. Sai Sai has made up her mind to leave Hong Kong and goes back to Australia. At that moment. Han Tung realizes that he cannot live without Sai Sai. Thus, he rushes to confess his love to Sai Sai. Finally, they get married. However, after they are married, Sai Sai shows her true colors. She orders Han Tung as if he is her servant. Han Tung regrets that he has married her……

Episode 29Si Ki forces Chung Shing to alter the data in the computer system so that he can buy in the shares of Wah Kee secretly. Chung Shing cannot resist the temptation of monetary returns that he promises Si Ki. An Ki is robbed and the thief pushes her to fall from the stairs. It leads to miscarriage which makes An Ki very upset. At the same time, she recognizes that Si Ki is courting with Tze Kwan. She finds that she is hopeless that she cuts her wrist to commit suicide. Fortunately, she is duly discovered by An Shin and Chung Shun and they save her life. Si Ki is such a shameless man that he even urges An Ki not to reveal their relationship to Tze Kwan. An Ki is greatly afflicted. Si Ki proposes marriage to Tze Kwan. Tze Kwan ignores the objection of Chung Shun and she promises to be engaged with Si Ki. In fact, Tze Kwan realizes the immoral behavior of Si Ki in advance……

Episode 30Si Ki wants to kill Chung Shun and his brother. During this chaotic moment, there is traffic accident. Chung Shun saves Si Ki at the risk of his own life. However, Si Ki becomes impotent as a result of this accident. He has not shown any gratitude towards Chung Shun and his hatred towards Chung Shun is further heightened.
