In our Cook Around Japan series, we visit different parts of the country and explore their local foods. For this two-part installment, we’re visiting Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture. This first episode focuses on Kesennuma Port, where the resilient townspeople have rebuilt the area after countless disasters over the years.
